Let's meet up in Negombo for the start of our journey. Please refresh yourself with a cool fruit beverage and enjoy our morning snack to energise you for the day ahead.

Let's get started with our activities. As mentioned before we have Air rifle shooting, Archery, and pond fishing for you to try. None of the activities are compulsory but they do add a lot of fun to the outing.

Let’s head over to the fish spa where the expert masseuse fish are waiting for you. 

It's time for lunch. We have prepared the meal in traditional Sri Lankan style and we guarantee that it’s perfect and satisfying for hungry adventurers.

After we enjoy our lunch and dessert it’s time to take in the sights. Feel free to explore the area and enjoy the scenery and wildlife as well as see the fishermen go about their daily activities.

Time for a small snack and a refreshing cup of freshly brewed tea.

##### Inauguration & Briefing to the Event
A proper briefing will be given to the team on the objectives of this interactive Experiential Learning session followed by the safety briefing. 
We’ll create a power-packed learning environment to gain the best out of the allocated limited time. 

##### Forming-up of Teams 
Teams will be formed before the training by the management/ HR team. Before coming to Kitulgala, each team will get a few tasks to complete as a kick-starter for the event. 

##### Interactive Activity based Learning Session
Interactive Activities are used to develop competencies; the 1st Activity is a scenario of a sinking ship where the teams have to make a decision on surviving individually or as a group. The value of team alignment and relationships are highlighted through this activity.

A small area of land is mainly inhabited by monkeys who are surprisingly friendly and used to human interaction due to the large number of tourists and visitors in this area. They delight in being fed with fruits and other treats. 

Our tour will take approximately 45 minutes each way. Once we reach the island we will have refreshments while we enjoy the scenery and wildlife. We estimate the whole trip will take around 3 hours in total.

Wake up with the world at sunrise in a Kayak. 

Have you always wanted to challenge yourself to try new things and test your limits? We have the perfect day of adventure planned for you and it’s all in the water.

Known as one the most remote villages in Sri Lanka, Meemure is located bordering the Kandy and Matale districts. The population of the village is approximately 420, and it can only be accessed via one road. As a result of this, the village has remained isolated and has maintained a very traditional culture dating back 500 years. 

The closest city to Meemure is Hunnasgiriya which is 40km away. The road from Hunnasgiriya to Meemure is paved with breathtaking views of thick green jungles,  hills and towering mountains and waterfalls.

(The road to Meemure has been repaired due to its popularity as a tourist destination. It is now possible to drive your private vehicles to the village without concern. However, we are also prepared to provide transport subject to an additional charge.)

The meals we have prepared for you are all using ingredients that are cultivated in the village and homes of the villagers and also sourced from the nearby jungles.

The village is plentiful in waterfalls and natural springs and is the perfect location to spend a day testing and challenging yourself to try something new.

Our activities will take place in the waters of “Sooriya Arana” where you can swim, go stream sliding, and take part in a confidence jump into natural water pools. We provide all the equipment and guidance needed for your safety. All you have to do is join us and make a day to remember. 

Meemure

We will begin our journey at our base office in Meemure where you will be transported to the village. (or arrive in your private vehicle)

Take part in a delicious traditional breakfast courtesy of the proficient village chefs at Meemure. 

With our hunger satisfied we will now switch to adventure mode as we prepare for our activities.

Let’s take a walk through the village and head to the waterfall which will be the start of our day’s adventure.

Fun, Excitement and Thrills to your heart's content as we take part in Stream Sliding, Confidence jumps and take swims in natural pools.

After the exhausting but exciting tasks, it is now time to head back to a delicious traditional lunch served in buffet style.

The forest is home to many different creatures and teeming with leeches. Carry a bottle of Dettol antiseptic to quickly detach any leeches that may cling to you. Beware of allergies to insect bites and stings.

Come join us on a journey to a beautiful village surrounded by beautiful lush green forests teeming with the potential for adventure.

Day by day nature prepares for us scenes of incredible beauty. We will take you on a trek through paths teeming with flora and fauna and sights of mesmerising natural wonders. Beautiful and majestic waterfalls await you at the end of the trail where you will experience the power and wonder of mother nature firsthand. 

Known as one the most remote villages in Sri Lanka, Meemure is located bordering the Kandy and Matale districts. The population of the village is approximately 420, and it can only be accessed via one road. As a result of this, the village has remained isolated and has maintained a very traditional culture dating back 500 years. 

The closest city to Meemure is Hunnasgiriya which is 40km away. The road from Hunnasgiriya to Meemure is paved with breathtaking views of thick green jungles,  hills and towering mountains and waterfalls.

The meals we have prepared for you are all using ingredients that are cultivated in the village and homes of the villagers and also sourced from the nearby jungles.

The road to Meemure has been repaired due to its popularity as a tourist destination. It is now possible to drive your private vehicles to the village without concern. However, we are also prepared to provide transport subject to an additional charge.

We will begin our journey at our base office in Meemure where you will be transported to the village. (or arrive in your private vehicle)

Take part in a delicious traditional breakfast courtesy of the proficient village chefs at Meemure. 

With our hunger satisfied we will now switch to adventure mode as we prepare for our activities.

Let’s begin our trek through the jungles and witness the beauty of nature all around

The last part of our journey will bring us up close to majestic waterfalls crashing down from great heights.

It is now time to head back to enjoy a delicious traditional lunch served in buffet style.

Time for some rest and relaxation. Explore your surroundings and take in the beauty and simplicity of village life and unspoiled culture.

Time for some freshly brewed tea with a hint of ginger to intensify the flavor.

A Hunt for Waterfalls at Meemure

Looking for a magical day out? Come with your family, friends to experience a day of fun and relaxation with the wildlife of Udawalawe in a guided safari tour. It’s even perfect as a weekend outing for corporate office groups.

Our experienced drivers know the park in and out and will take you to locations where you can witness flourishing wildlife in their natural habitats. 

An interesting fact : Out of the total land area of the country, Sri Lanka has a forest cover of 29.9% as at 2022, a noticeable drop from 34.16% in 2020 out of which 8.6% is classified as Primary Forest - being the most biodiverse category of forest available.

We are fortunate and blessed to be host to many different species of wildlife in our country and we have created an opportunity for you to witness the untamed beauty of nature in the Udawalawe National Park up close.

The Sri Lankan Elephant is native to our country and is one of three recognized subspecies of the Asian Elephant. It is the largest and also the darkest of the Asian elephants, with patches of depigmentation—areas with no skin color—on its ears, face, trunk and belly. Once found throughout the country, these elephants are now being pushed into smaller areas as development activities clear forests and disrupt their ancient migratory routes.

The Udawalawe National park itself is man made and was created to provide a sanctuary for Elephants and other wild animals displaced by the construction of the Udawalawe Reservoir on the Walawe River. It is a paradise for wild creatures and is the third most visited park in the country.

The Safari tour will take place in the afternoon as this is the time that the highest number of elephants are reported to be seen around the paths.

Our day will begin at the hotel where you can settle in and enjoy your welcome drink after your journey.

Time for some rest and relaxation. Please feel free to avail yourselves of the hotel pool facilities.

Lunch is served. A sumptuous buffet lunch has been prepared for you. Choose from  traditional srilankan or chinese cuisine 

Our tour will commence in the afternoon approximately at around 2:00 PM as evening is the best time to see the Elephants that reside in the park.

The jeeps will arrive and transport you to the park where the tour will begin.

Did you see more than you could have hoped for? The elephants alone would make the whole journey worth it. We hope you got lots of pictures and videos.

Nothing like having a refreshing cup of tea to alleviate the tiredness of the day.
