You have to hike through the rainforest for about an hour to reach the top of the waterfall. The descent requires that you control your speed and balance as you lower yourself down the waterfall, all the while enjoying the view of the forest, river, and mountains. You have to be careful not to slip or get hit by rocks or branches. You also have to be prepared for the cold and wet conditions.
