The tents are well equipped (comfortable enough, private, clean) and the setting is beautiful, bordering Wilpattu National Park. Staff in general are warm, professional, with good knowledge of wildlife; safaris are well organised. For us, everything went really smooth, though. Meals are good (especially breakfast) and the overall vibe is relaxing. I stayed here with my family - two adults, three kids aged 12 to 17 - on the last night of our 12-day holiday in Sri Lanka, and it was amazing. Everything was as we hoped it would be: great location, staff were very helpful, playing basketball in the jungle, night walks looking at animals, and of course the safari was the best of all. I think we were lucky enough to see a leopard up close. I don't know if everyone will, but if you do, it's a wonderful experience. I've been waiting all my life to see a leopard up close, and they just did everything right on this day.
