Rooms were nicely set up and clean. Spacious enough to feel relaxed.
The staff were a highlight. Excellent service all around. Friendly, accommodating and genuinely there to help you enjoy the stay.

The view is absolutely breathtaking and truly one of the highlights of the experience. The customer service was excellent throughout staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.
One of the most memorable parts of our stay was the complimentary kayak ride, which added a fun and adventurous touch to the trip.
The food experience was mostly positive. Both the dinner and breakfast buffets were enjoyable with a good variety and taste. However, the lunch didn’t quite meet the same standard and could be improved.
Parking onsite wasn’t a great experience, as we were initially asked to move our vehicle during lunch to accommodate others, which was a bit inconvenient.
The room amenities were comfortable, though it’s worth noting that the TV provides access to YouTube only.
Overall, a great getaway with stunning views and warm hospitality. With a few improvements, it could be an even better experience.

The location is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed hiking around the area, bathing in the natural pool, and kayaking — all great experiences.
The hotel itself is very nice, clean, and well maintained. The staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made the stay even better.
Overall, a great place to unwind and enjoy nature. Highly recommended.

And was kind enough to bring finger bawls to other guests. May be because we were a big crowd. But we had elder people and children in our party. They could have been bit considerate. And the guy at reception has no smiles at all. May be because he is old or may be because he is the owner. Eitherway, not professional. But the location is very chill and cool. Serving boy and few other staff was very nice to us.

We had a guide (Randy) that was with us for most of the stay (hotel & activities). This was amazing. He showed us through the jungle with awesome swim spots and took us rafting to guys that seemed to have the best entrance point. The location is stunning by the river! All of the staff was also super friendly. The food is also good, but watch out for the spice level of the curry if you're not used to it! The only thing missing was a beer after a day of activities, which was not available here. Highly recommend this place!
