- You'll need to let the property know in advance what time you'll arrive.
- The property can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
- Maximum of two Infants per every two adults stay completely free and share the same bed/ bedroom with two adults.
- Children (6- 12) will be given an extra single bed in the same bedroom at 50% rate of whatever one adult is paying. 
- Maximum of one Child per every two adults.
- Pets are not allowed.

### Terms & Cancellation Policies
- There is a minimum 2 nights booking requirement on long weekends.
- A minimum stay of 3 nights is required during the high season from December 20 to January 10.
