 The location is awesome. Next to the river with a nice view from a shared balcony. Food was the classic sri lankan stuff and very nice. 
Staff was very friendly and caring.

 Unfortunately we booked rooms without a/c. Definitely not recommendable! Humid, smelly, walls full of mould, bathroom also unhygienic/gross. But the rooms with a/c seem much better!
