- Applicants are responsible for providing all required documents accurately and in full. Rapid Adventures is not liable for delays or rejection caused by incomplete, invalid, or incorrect documentation supplied by the applicant. (pairs with whichever document list we confirm with AAC)
- Processing times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including public holidays, authority processing delays, or document verification issues.
- The permit covers private motor vehicles and motorcycles only. It does not authorize driving of tuk-tuks, heavy vehicles, or commercial vehicles unless explicitly stated. (confirm scope matches current AAC/DMT rules)
- Applicants must hold a full, valid foreign driving license for the relevant vehicle category. Learner, provisional, or temporary licenses from the home country are not accepted.
- The money-back guarantee applies only where the permit is not issued due to an error on Rapid Adventures' part, and does not cover rejections resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the applicant.
- Rapid Adventures acts as a facilitator between the applicant and the issuing authority (AA Ceylon / Department of Motor Traffic) and is not the issuing body. Final approval rests with the relevant authority.
