Especially food allergies. - Be honest about your level of fitness. Do not attempt an activity if you are not in a condition to participate. - Please wear suitable clothing and shoes for the activity. Make sure they're comfortable and that you won't mind them getting a bit damp or muddy. - Follow the guide’s instructions at all times. We are not liable for injuries or damages caused by ignoring safety briefings or instructions. - Safety is our top priority, so please respect the decision of your guide. - Your instructor will capture the full adventure with a wrist-mounted action camera. You will receive a video edit with 360 views. Relive every thrilling moment and share it with friends and family. ### Terms & Policies - A minimum level of fitness is required to complete a tandem skydive and to ensure a safe landing. - Skydiving is an adventure sport, and the minimum requirements are in place for your safety and the safety of our skydive instructors. Skydive team instructors have absolute discretion in determining if a person is unfit to skydive. - No refunds will be available if you do not meet the fitness requirements. It is your responsibility to contact our booking team if you have any questions about fitness requirements prior to booking or payment. - Weight surcharges apply to those 90KG+ - All skydive dates and times are subject to availability. - A booking can be rescheduled for free with 10 days notice. - Any change to the booking date or time within 10 days of the booking will incur a $75 change fee per person. - Changes to booking date or time within 72 hours of the booking will be at the absolute discretion of supplier, and changes may not be possible due to aircraft booking requirements and costs already incurred. - It is your responsibility to contact our booking team to arrange any changes in schedule at the earliest possibility. - To ensure the highest standards are maintained, we reserve the right to reschedule or alter a skydive without notice. Whilst rare, these changes may include aircraft type, jump time, group size, altitude reached and jump location. These changes do not constitute a claim for refund. - If your skydive does not proceed due to weather conditions or other factors outside our control, you may choose to either rebook for any of our available dates, or alternatively receive a complete refund of the booking, less the transaction fees charged to us by our payment provider. - If you do not check in on the day of your booking no refund will be given. - Please refer all the General Terms and Conditions prior to your journey in addition to the below. - Please ensure that your health insurance policy is valid in Sri Lanka for the safety of all concerned and, most importantly, for you. - Any refunds given can take up to 28 business days, and are subject to the refund processing time of our payment provider.
